Richard has provided personal training to our management team for two years straight. Originally training was intended to last for six months, however, we were so satisfied with his workouts and approach that we prolonged the period two times. Richard is an enthusiastic trainer who has a way of dealing with people and provides challenging and surprising workouts every time.
