Super Simple Workout
I did this workout last Sunday. I was short on time, so I was going for maximum results. What I love doing are suicide sprints.
You run from one side to the other in fairly high speed. Another exercise I like is the burpee. You can see different versions of the burpee but in this case I chose for a burpee with pushup for maximum effect in a short period.
As you can see, you don’t need much, just a piece of concrete and a little time. Do between 30 and 50 for a nice strong workout.
